We are seeking a passionate Sales Clerk to embody our thoughtful approach, guiding customers with product knowledge, maintaining inventory and displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You'll support our team with customer insights, assist with trade show preparations, and help keep our space welcoming and tidy.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the company’s products and high standard of services
- Greet customers and inquire about their needs
- Advise customers and assist when needed to locate or replace products
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer
- Take inventory, stock, and restock merchandise
- Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Assist with preparations for displays, windows, trade shows, etc.
- Compile customer receipts and monitor incoming and outgoing cash flow
- Clean, clear, and tidy debris as needed
Qualifications:

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead with intention—driving sales growth, building genuine customer connections, and ensuring our retail operations reflect our high standards. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, shaping seasonal promotions, sharing insights with our team, collaborating on marketing initiatives, guiding outsourced sales representatives, and cultivating lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and applying sales advancement opportunities
- Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer
- Present, promote and sell products
- Create seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
